落难的李奇在穷途末路时遇到了小学同学谢源，谢源误以为李奇轻生要跳海而出手相救，李奇便自此留在了谢源家中。刚好的邻居冯仁昆介绍他们到片场当临时演员，也认识了当红的影星邵芳芳、程宝珠，四人更从欢喜冤家变成了恩爱无比的恋人，一起面临了不少人生关卡……。探讨生命题材的CBS单镜头喜剧《我的过去、现在与未来》通过描述一个人不同的生命历程来探讨生命的轨迹，有点《少年时代》电视剧版的感觉。该剧虽然描述50年跨度的人生，但是主要截取主角Alex Riley三个重要的人生阶段，在过去1991年的14岁少年时代，在现在2017年的40岁壮年时代，以及在未来2042年65岁的老年时代。。A young woman who has been separated from her daughter works one odd job after another while battling a brain disorder whose name she does not know, but which deforms her perception of time and reality.
