摄影师増岡（塚本晋也 饰）性格压抑，对人类的恐惧有浓厚的兴趣。一日他凑巧拍下了陌生男子阿礼在地铁刺瞎自己的右眼，増岡反复研究录像，并为实地考察阿礼自残的原因回到现场，他从地铁的设备管道深入地下，惊见已经泯灭的地下文明遗址，并带回一名被锁在遗迹中的赤裸女子。
