本片由古龍原著，倪匡改編劇本，華山執導。故事講述據說幽冥中諸魔用魔血化成了血鸚鵡，只要你能看見它，就會有三個願望。江湖俠盜葉停楓(白彪飾)與其他高手一樣，一直在追尋血鸚鵡的真相；而中原名捕「鐵手無情」鐵恨(劉永飾)，則對王府一夜之間突告失竊的十三箱珠寶緊緊追查。一夜，葉、鐵二人在墳場相遇，血鸚鵡突告出現，鐵死於它的魔力之下……。特工莎莉比格斯有一个秘密，她可以随时随地回溯几秒钟的时间，这个特异功能让她在FBI中有着举足轻重的地位。但是她的内心深处，她十分害怕这种特异功能带来的痛苦……。The film revolves around four brothers who share a love-hate relationship with each other.
