In a small, semi-utopian city, all the streets are named after poets. When war begins, new neighbourhoods emerge to accommodate the refugees. But everything changed after an unorthodox teacher stepped into their lives to educate Ela while healing himself.。住在东京某公园附近的大学生吉永纯（桥本爱 饰）遇到了突然造访的高中生木下春（永野芽郁 饰），小春要在附近寻找已故父亲的前女友佐知子。两人在寻找的过程中，碰到了佐知子的孙子时雄（染谷将太 饰），他们在佐知子的遗物中发现了一个开盘式磁带，磁带记录了数十年前小春父亲与佐知子曾经的歌声，却在中途断了。因此，三位年轻人尝试去复原这首曲子。电影通过音乐，将不同时代的人们连接起来，所呈现的日式温馨一如既往的动人。。
