日前，英版兼美版《同志亦凡人》创始人戴维斯回归其最擅长题材，开发了一个以食物命名的同志系列剧——《豆腐》（Tofu）、《香蕉》（Banana）和《黄瓜》（Cucumber），光是片名已让人跃跃欲试，浮想联翩。 三部剧均于2014年春在英国曼彻斯特开拍。《香蕉》和《黄瓜》是常规英剧，背景和英版《同志亦凡人》相似，均聚焦“gay都”曼彻斯特，讲述不同世代的英国同志生活。相对于《黄瓜》，《香蕉》更侧重年轻一代，没节操没节操啊，父母发现接受不了，自己就处在矛盾中，有时候就用谎言掩盖。迷茫 、年轻、没有确定性。。Set in 1978, the film marks the fourth joint effort between Monzón and Jorge Guerricaechevarría, and tells the action-packed, adrenaline-fuelled story of 17-year-old Nacho Cañas, an introverted student who lives in Girona and who is something of a misfit.
