一晃眼多年过去，夏平安在母亲的辛苦抚养下长大成人成为了一名游泳运动员，借着参加比赛，夏平安回到了国内，而和他相恋多年的女友周语晨却因为考虑到现实的问题而同他渐行渐远。祸不单行的夏平安退疾复发被迫离开了赛场，然而，他并没有自暴自弃，而是从零开始学做起了厨师。在此过程中，夏平安结识了名为李若愚的女孩。。
