《刘少奇故事》是主要从四个部分，描写了刘少奇同志在不同时期的感人故事。 解放前夕，受中央委托刘少奇到天津和开滦等地为恢复经济，尽快发展生产，建立新中国做准备。 1957年，根据毛主席正确处理人民内部矛盾问题的指示，刘少奇同志带调查组南下，实际考查关于解决人民内部矛盾的问题。 1959年，刘少奇当选为国家主席以后，联系群众、教育子女、勤政廉洁的故事。 1961年，国家遭受严重的经济困难，刘少奇同志到湖南农村和他的故乡深入基层调查人民的疾苦，帮助群众克服困难。 全剧从不同的侧面展示了刘少奇作为党和国家领导人联系群众、调查研究、反腐倡廉，心系百姓的人民公仆形象。。Hugo Llor, a 12-year-old boy who spends most of his time on the streets. His day is also spent in the shipyards and his dream is to become a shipbuilding craftsman, although his fate is uncertain.
