本片讲述导演自己的童年故事。一个9岁巴黎男孩因为母亲外出生孩子，在夏天被寄托到乡下一处友人家。这家夫妇虽然宠爱他，但各有怪癖，而且不停唠叨他们几年前去世的孩子。一个有男生性格的女孩使他从怪圈中逃脱出来，进而他也帮助那对夫妇克服丧子的痛楚。。一个所谓的“八极老板”靠他的名义赚钱，被诬告贪污1000亿韩元并以“死人”的身份活着，然后开始寻找真正的罪魁祸首的故事。。Architect Peter Ibbetson is hired by the Duke of Towers to design a building for him. Ibbetson discovers that the Duchess of Towers, Mary, is his now-grown childhood sweetheart. Their love revives, but Peter is sentenced to life in prison for an accidental killing. Mary comes to him in dreams and they are able to live out their romance in a dream world.。
