沈乐文（杨恭如 饰）和乔力行（张智霖 饰）是交往多年的情侣，两人之间的感情十分要好。乐文的梦想是在上海开一间港式茶餐厅，在辛苦打拼多年后，她终于筹得了两百万的资金同男友一同赴沪。在上海，乐文和力行投奔了他们的好友包家龙（邓健泓 饰），心中满怀憧憬的两人希望通过人脉广阔的家龙在上海站稳脚跟。家龙介绍了自己的女友程玲（范冰冰 饰）给两位好友认识，之后，乐文将力行一人留在了上海，独自回港。
