何晶（佟丽娅 饰）进入了省城一家大型医院的重症孕产妇救治中心学习，上任第一天，她就利用自己的土方法救助了一位病危的产妇，这令产科主任肖程（王耀庆 饰）和副主任魏丽丽（钱洁 饰）意识到了这个外表平凡的女孩内心里隐藏着的巨大潜力。
