王峻毅（陈罗密欧饰）是民防部队的主管军官。他带领医疗救护人员和消防人员，总会竭尽所能守护伤者，完成救援工作。同一团队的萱玟（陈楚寰饰）和书敏（芳榕饰）发现队友Jayden（邓伟德饰）与峻毅之间的兄弟之情转为冷漠，试图找出缘由，意外地在过程成与峻毅和Jayden产生情愫。。方翔与皮大司同时是特警行动组组员，但两人性格各异。方翔对美女，金钱均来者不拒，但皮却十分老实，因此二人常起冲突。只是，两人都只是心和，面不和。方翔有一童年好友阿杰，杰为一黑道中人，二人经常互相照应，一向利。后来，二人同时爱上雯倩，但雯倩心中却只倾慕杰。在一次追捕行动中，雯倩被捉住作人质，方与杰连忙到场欲拯救雯倩。谁知，这时雯倩吐出对杰的爱意，方误会杰原一直利用雯倩来欺骗他。这时候，友情及兄弟情的结，正纠缠不清，不知如何解开。。Young people use music to express their new awareness of life and generational opposition to their parents, as well as to protest the social and political climate in East Germany.
