凯文韦特(Jeff Wincott 饰)是禁毒专员，正著手捣破一宗由俄罗斯犯罪头目策划的百万毒品交易，他与家人晚餐时对弟弟杰克提起这个行动。杰克却是个贪污警员，他利用得来的资料，亲身参与这宗毒品交易。后来杰克的计划失败，他就把心一横，抢劫买家的钜款；然而凯文及时出现救他一命。枪战之际，两兄弟决定暂时放下私人恩怨，先解决那些买家。。著名导演，暴力宗师北野武（北野武 饰）突然厌倦以往拍摄的黑帮电影，宣布再也不拍黑帮片，涉猎其他的题材。
