"MAGICIANS follows four world-class magicians on stage and off, exploring how and why these characters so passionately dedicate their lives to the craft of illusion. Their journey takes us from the most humbling of road gigs to grand performances on the biggest of stages, from finding love to terrible personal loss| and to the prospect of losing everything for a dream others do...。踌躇满志的创业者戴文与诺尔，经人介绍与好友乔什和画家莉娜一同租赁了一幢废弃老宅，准备把这里作为自己的工作室。在整理屋子里的物品时，他们意外发现一面奇异的穿衣镜，更令他们意想不到的是，他们居然能穿过镜子，来到平行的世界。通过几次来来回回的实验，他们搞清了镜像世界的规则以及时间流逝的规律，起先还能本本分分利用时间差充实提升自己，但渐渐地几个人想起歪门邪道来了。他们发现平行世界与本来世界在科技发展的差异，于是将只存在于另一个世界的技术、艺术品带回自己的世界，并借机谋利。 年轻人们忘乎所以，占有并挥霍着本不属于他们的东西，却不知道最终要为此付出代价……。The story is very basic| it deals with the adventures of young street-criminals in Madrid who graduate from car-theft to bank-robbery. What's interesting is the way Saura makes us care about these "hijos de nadie", who are kind and decent people 50% of the time, and feel they have no future in regular society. But the movie never sentimentalizes them - they do exactly what you'd expect such people to do.。
