An ex-convict, troubled by dreams that he strangles women, is hired as the caretaker on an estate owned by three very strange sisters. Soon after his arrival, a serial killer begins slaughtering blonde, blue-eyed women - and leaving their eyeballs in a bowl of water。一群前往小岛旅游的人被迫卷入闯关游戏，然而游戏刚开始有人被大蛇咬死。要不就等死，要不就继续，所有参加游戏的人似乎都有着某种关联。他们在经历重重考验后，能否逃出生天？。
