The whole intrigue is centered around carte-blanche documents kept in a vault. Whoever fills in the blank becomes the owner of a revue. Big money is involved. 之后，聂政的母亲去世，妹妹阿荣（李香君 饰）出嫁，孤身一人的聂政决定将自己的性命献给国家。聂政找到了严遂，同意前去刺杀野心勃勃的韩傀（黄宗迅 饰），严遂明白，此行凶险，自己必然有去无回。临走之前，聂政找到了一直爱慕的女子夏婴（焦娇 饰），两人度过了最好的美好时光。最终，武功高强的聂政成功的将韩傀杀死，自己亦挖目剖腹，壮烈牺牲。。
