《狸猫书生2》延续第一部的嘉宾阵容，借狸猫的穿越之力，双男主通过时空穿越将古装奇幻与现代校园案件串联，在2005与2025年的时空间隙中不断反转，从而发现一场交织着谎言与真情的迷局。。明朝神宗年间，黑白颠倒，朝纲混乱。刑部尚书郑重（黄正利 饰）图谋不轨，意欲谋反，然苦于兵部尚书刘天和（川原 饰）等贤良震慑，怀恨在心。为清除异己，郑设计派胡龙（李海生 饰）混入刘府，二人过招之时将刘刺杀。随后胡越墙逃跑，而举荐胡龙的朝勇将军萧如风（刘忠良 饰）则被诬为凶手拿下。
萧情知中计，趁差人不备夺路而逃，决心捉拿胡龙洗脱罪名。郑重为杀人灭口，广告天下十三省府衙捉拿，并派出功夫与萧不相上下的中军沈乐（王将 饰）一路追踪……。World War I is coming to its end. Prisoners of war are coming into the town with Serb Ivo among them.
