Jointly produced by Saif Ali Khan, Dinesh Vijan and Sunil Lulla under the banner of Eros International, Maddock Films and Illuminati Films, it is the debut directorial venture of Arif Ali, who was the assistant writer of the film Aahista Aahista, written by his brother Imtiaz Ali. The film has music scored by A. R. Rahman. The film was released on 4 July 2014。当代时尚大学生时枝修（中村苍 饰）吃喝玩乐，敷衍学业，肆意挥霍着家里寄来的金钱，殊不知宛如天堂般的日子很快到了尽头。母亲早年去世，父亲则带着菲律宾女子销声匿迹。由于拖欠学费，修在完全没有准备的情况下遭到学校除名，继而又被赶出了公寓。带着身上可怜的现金，修沦落成网吧难民，每日苦苦找寻可以当日结算的工作机会。偶然结识的女孩琉衣（山本美月 饰），将其带入奢华虚妄的牛郎圈。为了还清债务，他跟随前辈顺矢竭尽全力取悦来店的女子，并且得到纯情护士小茜（大塚千弘 饰）的喜爱。只是在这个用钱说话的残酷世界，修和同龄人的青春必将遭受无情的碾压……
本片根据福泽彻三的同名原著改编。。
