本剧讲述了日本屈指可数的大型医院“天堂纪念医院”的董事长儿子天堂海斗，因与父亲关系不和，没有成为医生，而是在出版社作为周刊杂志的记者。在求婚之前，他听说父亲被卷入了事件，于是就前往了天堂纪念医院。以此为契机，知道了父亲的本意的海斗，为了取回父亲构筑的重要之物，也为了保护所爱之人，决心与大型医院的权力作斗争…。Stephanie, a restless and vibrant actress, meets Gerard, an NYPD counter-terrorism specialist who’s an aficionado of experimental theater (and maybe out of his mind). Flirtation ensues, ends disastrously, and forces Stephanie to the ramshackle home of musician Eleanor Friedberger, a supposed escape infected by violent memories of her past life.。
