世界北方尽头，群峰环绕常年积雪，其中最高一座就是“冬奥山”。山下住的村民除了能享受冰雪连天的美景外，还有免费空调冰箱待遇，但这里空调温度不可控，最高温度零下二十度。在如此恶劣环境活着，只有勇气是远远不够的，还要乐观、乐观、乐观，乐观重要的事情说四遍。而乐观具体表现是什么呢？就在这个极寒险要之地举冰雪办运动会。。Photographer Greg Nolan meets Bernice, and loses both his job and his apartment. However, Bernice manages to get him a new apartment, but it is so expensive that he has to get two full-time jobs.
