Beyond the Grave—Unearthly happenings in and around a l...。一次偶然中，业余画家刘小峰（严宽 饰）在教堂中偶然遇见了白血病女孩朱珠（杨幂 饰），尽管两人之间有着诸多的争吵，但随着时间的流逝，亦培养出了别样的感情。朱珠告诉刘小峰，自己很渴望能够参加歌手阿琳的演唱会，刘小峰决定帮助朱珠实现愿望。
直到见到阿琳，朱珠才得知，原来阿琳和刘小峰之间曾有过一段刻骨铭心的恋情，很显然，时至今日，阿琳依然没有能够放下心中对于刘小峰的怨怼。也就是在同时，朱珠明白了刘小峰对于自己的真挚感情。回家后，朱珠决定积极治疗接受骨髓移植手术，而当她从术后的昏睡中清醒过来时，得到的却是刘小峰已经永远离开她的消息。。
