此剧是短剧《万万没想到》的贺岁篇，刘备旗下小兵王大锤（白客 饰）和哥哥王小可（马克 饰）春节期间为了回家探亲经历了各种惨况。主公刁难、买不到票，路遇山贼，被姐姐王七哥（戚薇 饰）各种折腾等一系列倒霉的事都被兄弟二人遇到了，虽然王大锤聪明机灵，哥哥有轻微弱智，但是总能化险为夷。
本片有6集，每集都有不同的人物加入，被誉为短剧里的“日和漫画”。。In 1965, Bob Crane, who had achieved some earlier success as a television supporting actor, was working as a successful morning radio DJ at KNX Los Angeles.
