The first part, Everything...。民自党干事长松冈孝典（武田铁矢 饰）利用青叶信用金库进行非法融资，他不仅觊觎党魁之位，更野心勃勃企图将当权总理大臣拉下马，取而代之。金库每月定期派运钞车向松冈转交活动资金，谁知这一行动为一伙匪徒侦知。在一个晴朗的日子里，大浦（金子统昭 饰）、浅尾（永山绚斗 饰）、青柳（濑户康史 饰）等人策划了金库爆炸案和运钞车抢劫案。
