如果一个好消息是你可以活到一百岁，坏消息是，60岁以后社会不需要你了。那么，你生命的最后三分之一是怎么做的呢？Luise Jansen和Frans Winther都有一个计划。Luise Jansen是一位坚强独立的分子生物学家，也是Doris Jansen的女儿，她决定怀孕并生个孩子。Frans Winther是一个画廊老板，同时也是一个单身汉，他决定重新开始他的职业生涯，他发现了当代艺术领域的下一颗冉冉升起的新星。在努力重新定义自己，纠正过去的错误，弥补失去的时间，Luise和Frans的道路完全不同，可是最终Frans却爱上了Luise。。The film tells the story of a small train riding without its driver and the passengers locked inside.
